The data integration & migration specialist will work directly on client data integration activities ensuring that analysis, planning and execution of data migration and cleansing activities conforms to project quality standards and client expectations.
DATA MIGRATION/INTEGRATION SPECIALIST
Key Responsibilities:
• Help lead and maintain data migration and development schedules from the client system onto the Intercomp systems
• Assist in determining data use/meaning; in regards to source client system
• Preparation of data for conversion and mapping from the client system into the Intercomp system
• Analyze and make specific recommendations regarding customer record consolidation and handling within the framework of the Intercomp system
• QA data migration process
• Establish control procedures to ensure accuracy between source and target systems Reconcile portfolio migration and ensure successful migration of full branch portfolio
• Work directly with client data integration specialists to drive project forward within plan
Requirements:
• Extensive Data Migration experience including proficiency in Data Analysis and Conversion planning for data migration activities
• Proficient in Microsoft SQL: SQL query skills, comprehensive understanding of SQL Table structure, and an understanding of relational databases.
• ERP to ERP integration experience (SAP, Peoplesoft, MS Dynamics...)
Ideal additional requirements:
• Payroll Business data experience
