French Payroll Specialist

Intercomp Global Services, founded in 1994, is a US based LLC with its International Headquarters in Budapest Hungary.

For our Shared Service Center located in Budapest we are looking for English and French speaking candidates.

PAYROLL SPECIALISTS

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately keys all payroll related data necessary to process the monthly payrolls and meets appointment schedules
• Contacts clients daily to obtain payroll data including salary adjustments, special payments, tax allocations and employee deductions and to set schedules
• Maintains a high rate of client retention through quality service
• Keeps abreast of the payroll processing system and changes in wage and tax laws, and corresponds with federal, state and local tax agencies on behalf of our clients in problem situations
• Maintains Client files
• Establishes and maintains a positive working relationship with clients, agencies, and coworkers to promote Intercomp’s quality service image
• Conduct pro-active communication with client and internal team to be able to identify risks

Requirements:

• College or university degree
• Fluent in English and French
• Payroll or finance experience is an advantage
• Strong PC skills (especially in Excel)

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Attention to details in record keeping
• Excellent time management and analytical skills
