We are looking for a
Sales Coordinator

Department: International Business Development
Level: Coordinator/Assistant
Reports to: International Marketing Manager
Based in Hungary

Mission
We are looking for a candidate with min. 1-2 years of sales support experience. This position is a key team member in the International Sales team whose main responsibilities include maintaining all of the key metric reporting tools and statistical sales tools used by the Global Sales Team and facilitation of the partner Paychex MMS program.

Key Responsibilities:

Assists the VP, Global Business Development and International Marketing Manager

• Responsible for maintaining, updating and utilizing the CRM system used by the Global Sales Team
• Responsible for maintaining and distributing lead lists to Sales representatives along with performance rankings.
• Responsible for providing administrative support to International Sales and Marketing Team.
• Responsible for maintaining and updating key current CIS client lead program.
• Fosters a cohesive relationship between sales and operations.
• Responsible for development and reporting of weekly, monthly quarterly and yearly key Sales Metrics for Sales, Account Management and Senior Management team based on CRM inputs and Sales Team information.
• Responsible for completing training, communicating, and maintaining Intercomp’s positive image to all Paychex MMS representatives not in an existing sales rep’s territory.
• Responsible for completing and submitting the Paychex performance report to Intercomp senior management and Paychex team.

Core Competencies

• Good written and spoken English
• Previous sales assistant experience, preferably from the service industry is an advantage
• Excellent analytical skills
• Good communication skills
• Expertise utilizing MS Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
