We expect our new employee to act as the creative coordinator of our marketing communication and activates in respect of introducing our new product on an international marketplace. With enquiries about the position please contact our sales and marketing manager Miss Mimi Rendi on +(36)302177082. 1) Must-know requirements: a) English- writhen and spoken skills at a full knowledge. b) Degree in the filed of marketing. c) Good verbal skills in marketing, (ability to create slogans, letters, articles) d) Good communication skills over the phone, in person, e) Good skills in sales, f) Energetic enthusiast mindset g) Involvement and interest in sports and interest towards extreme sport culture and an interest towards fashion in sport(skiing, BMX, cycling, snowboard, skateboard) h) Applicant must have lived outside of Hungary for at lest one year. i) Primary team role should be: „shaper” 2) Desired additional skills: a) Knowledge of additional languages 3) Job description: a) Setting up and managing business relations with buyers over email, phone and in person. b) Researching sport and teenage culture, analysing the research and setting up brand and product identity. c) Creating marketing strategies d) Working together with other creative team members e) Representing the product on media and PR work f) Participation on international promotional programs and trade shows as a Sales and marketing expert. g) Travelling abroad to carry out marketing research h) Travelling abroad to provide marketing consultancy to partners trading with our product. 4) Work hours and location: a) 1/4 of work hours involve trend and cultural research over internet or on street. b) 1/4 of work hours is spent with producing marketing strategies slogans, and other forms of verbal communication c) 1/4 of work hours are spent as teamwork together with visual communication team members such as graphic and web designers, photographers, actors, camera crew… d) 1/4 of work hours are spent on building new relations with buyers (selling the product) and providing marketing constancy to existing buyers. e) Work hours are flexible apart from meetings with team members, business partners, creative meetings, and all forms of representation such as media, trade shows… f) Work ours in average are 8 hours a day 5 days a week. g) Work on weekends is necessary in same cases. 5) Salary: a) The salary is combined of a fix base salary and a premium. i) The employee can obtain his base salary in two ways. In case if he can provide an invoice he can invoice us for 155.000,-Huf/month. In case if he prefers to take his salary as an employee he will receive 120.000,- Huf Brutto salary /month. b) The premium is paid after products sales. The value of the premium is 40.-ft after each product sold worldwide, in case the employ can invoice us. In case if the employ can not invoice us and prefers to obtain the premium in the form of a salary all taxes payable after the premium will be deducted from the 40huf/pcs premium. i) Manufacturing is starting now so products sales are just starting this month so the premium will be around 25,000HUF in the first month. As our company has the worldwide exclusivity to distribute the GausWheel sales volume is expected to progressively increase. In the first year total sales are expected to be between 30,000-200,000pcs (premium: 1,200,000.-8,000,000.-HUF). The Premium has no upper limitation. 6) Skills and work experience gained through the position: a) Experience as the creative leader (shaper) of a marketing team b) Experience of shaping and implementing international marketing campaign c) Experience in working with international partners abroad at times.
