EICCRP, an international knowledge center headquartered in Hungary, operating in the European healthcare industry, is looking for a
Sales Team Manager
to lead the group's efforts in contacting current and potential clients with regular offers.
We conduct extensive sales of sponsor and participant packages for our own branded, healthcare-related events in order to generate revenue in support of our main, non-profit activities.
In this position you will:
be involved in setting and measuring revenue and KPI targets
motivate a team of 2-3 sales executives to achieve these targets
lead by personal example in both work attitude and revenue generation
maintain contact with senior executives in the global healthcare industry
As a qualified candidate you will possess:
a dynamic, driven, self-motivated and persistent attitude
a strong desire for financial benefits that increase with the achieved results
at least 2 years' current or recent experience in B2B telesales
a proven and verifiable record in leading a sales team for at least a year
good written and especially spoken English
While not required, it will be considered an advantage to be currently – or very recently - employed in a similar position, as well as possessing a network of like-minded colleagues. Experience in healthcare-related subjects is not necessary – you must be able to lead and sell!
